Farmstay: day 3 and 4
Categories: Always learning
The less said about day 3 the better. Although over the course of 200 miles and 11 hours away from the farm I did find myself worrying about the chickens (did I let them out of their roost – yes, whew!) and goats (actually, they probably didn’t even notice I was gone). Even more alarming was how much I missed HRH Phebe! My constant companion and a really, really good listener.
Today – day 4 – is dark, dreary, raining and off to a questionable start. The printer won’t work, the publisher can’t find my SS# (putting an already overdue paycheck in limbo) and I’m about to launch a do-over on my website and blog that will necessitate a brief absence from posting. I’ll still keep track of my adventures and farm frolics but it looks like it will be a day or so before I’m back “up”. Hmmm, given my present disposition, that’s probably a good thing.
Wish me luck!
Oh I am SO enjoying browsing the past blog postings and HOPING you won’t be away for too long.
I am adding you to my blog roll. This is one of my favorites.
And how did I find you?? Dear Debra, of course.
Good luck!

Sharon!!! how lovely to hear from you. I have long admired your writing. Thank you for the kind comments – they are a breath of fresh air as I toil away at reinventing the site. Debra has told me of your sweet garden (& shed!). Looking forward to your new book. Take good care!!! L
