Soothing lavender
Sounds like a recipe for the winter holidays if ever there was one. Make up a batch for stuffing stockings and hostess gifts but make sure you save some for yourself. This is the perfect antidote to hectic shops, cranky relatives and the harried weeks ahead.
15 drops lavender oil 10 drops peppermint oil 1/2 oz. almond oilCombine all and store in a dark stoppered bottle. Apply this cool, soothing mixture to temples and forehead at first indication of pain.
